Buyers spend Bits. Sellers earn Orbs (85% of each sale). Orbs can be withdrawn to AUD via Stripe. Cores are a premium shorthand — 1 Core = 100 Orbs.
FAQ
Do Bits / Orbs / Cores expire?
No. All platform currencies never expire and carry over indefinitely.
Can I get a refund on Bits I've purchased?
Unused Bits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@synth.net.au.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdraw your Orbs to AUD. Withdrawals are manually reviewed within 24 hours, then processed by Stripe in 1-2 business days.
Is there a fee to sell on Synth?
No listing fee. Synth takes 15% when a sale is made.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported.
Do I need to verify my identity to withdraw?
Yes. Stripe requires identity verification to comply with financial regulations. This is a one-time process.
