Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Synth’s marketplace, editor, community tools, dashboards, and public APIs. By accessing Synth you agree to abide by these conditions.
1. Using Synth
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your login.
- Snippets uploaded to Synth must be properly licensed and free of malicious code, leaked secrets, or sensitive personal data.
2. Payments & earnings
- Synth processes payments through Stripe. All payouts require a verified identity and compliant tax profile.
- Marketplace fees are disclosed inside the dashboard. We reserve the right to adjust fees with reasonable notice.
- Refund claims are evaluated on a per-purchase basis to protect both buyers and creators.
3. Acceptable use & enforcement
- Do not attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities, spam community spaces, or scrape private data.
- Synth may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies, applicable law, or third-party rights.
- Appeal requests can be sent to legal@synth.net.au within 30 days of any enforcement action.
4. Service changes
- We continually iterate on Synth; features may evolve or be deprecated as we improve reliability and security.
- Material changes to these terms will be announced via email and the in-product changelog.
- Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
