When you request customisation, Synth Assist (AI) guides you through describing what you need. It produces a structured checklist that the builder reviews before starting work.

Commissions are capped by a slot limit so builders can maintain quality. If all slots are full, customisation is temporarily paused until active work is delivered.

Kits are sold as-is under the Terms of Service. Unused purchased Bits are refundable on request within 14 days by emailing support@synth.net.au. Kits are digital downloads; refunds only for faulty kits. Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected. Upgrade pack refunds follow the Upgrade Pack Terms — non-refundable once work has started, full refund if cancelled before work begins.

Synth takes 15% on each sale — sellers keep 85% of the sale price in Orbs.
